Part of MLK Boulevard in Chattanooga is temporarily shut down for construction until further notice. It is part of an initiative to revitalize and modernize Miller Park.
The remodeling was also brought up as a solution to the many complaints about the local homeless population living in the park and driving away park-goers.
The park is expected to be finished next year.
